Description
The Flagship EVO 5 Home Cinema Package
Built around the flagship EVO 5.4 floorstanding speakers, this package is the most capable way to enjoy the EVO 5 Series in a home cinema. It comprises a pair of EVO 5.4 towers, a pair of EVO 5.2 3-way bookshelf speakers, an EVO 5.C centre speaker and an SW-10 subwoofer, with a saving of £200 compared with buying them separately. Every speaker uses Wharfedale’s evolved AMT tweeter, whose pleated diaphragm moves four times more air than a dome tweeter of the same surface area, for low distortion, fast transients and wide dispersion. The EVO 5.4 and 5.2 add a dedicated 2 inch soft dome midrange and 6.5 inch black woven Kevlar bass drivers. Silentweave damping behind the diaphragm, ResoFrame damping on every drive unit, Resoseal treatment on the cones, larger cabinets, a hybrid metal and wood plinth and a new three-directional Slot Loaded Profiled Port combine for deep yet controlled bass.
