Over the last 50 years, Hana founder and master cartridge designer Masao Okada-san has been perfecting a range of low and high output moving coil cartridges to suit every system, and every budget.
In fact, translated from Japanese, the name Hana means 'brilliant and gorgeous', which we can testify dutifully describes these fantastic cartridges. Hana have combined the most modern engineering and design principles along with traditional hand assembly techniques by their skilled artisans and technicians. Each cartridge is then carefully lab tested, to ensure you receive a faultless, high performing product.

Expressive Audio is a family-run business, established in 2017 on the South Coast of England. In 2021 we moved our base of operations to Lincolnshire, but retain a presence in Hampshire.
