This 5.1 package pairs Diamond 12.3i floorstanding speakers for the front channels with Diamond 12.1i bookshelf speakers as surrounds, a Diamond 12.Ci centre speaker and an SW-10 subwoofer, with a saving of £79.85 compared with buying them separately. The 12.3i is a 2.5-way tower with dedicated 5 inch bass and 5 inch midrange drivers and a 25mm woven polyester dome tweeter, giving the front soundstage more scale and low-end authority than a bookshelf pair. The updated Diamond 12i series adds three modern finishes, a refined bass port and revised internal damping for clearer bass, while Klarity cones, a Linkwitz-Riley crossover with air-core inductors and a low-resonance multi-layer cabinet keep the sound neutral and engaging.
