The REL T/9x Special Edition brings bold design and upgraded performance to the flagship of the Serie T/x range. Embracing five vibrant colours, French Racing Blue, Green With Envy, Italian Racing Red, Tangerine Dream, and Le Mon Yellow, the T/9x SE stands out as a statement piece of both acoustic mastery and design flair. The driver at its heart is the T/9x’s existing 10" long-throw cone, now with a carbon fibre centre cap upgrade that improves bass articulation through greater stiffness, reduces weight by 10 grams for a faster response, and achieves a 1.2dB increase in output, making the T/9x SE faster, more dynamic, and more powerful. Each 3-day chromed solid billet aluminium foot and the badge on top take three days to perfect, reflecting REL’s obsessive attention to detail. The 300W Class A/B monoblock amplifier uses reliable mosfet designs with integrated heat sinks, with straightforward rotary analogue controls for gain, crossover, and LFE gain.
