Description
A Complete Multi-Zone Audio Controller, Ready to Scale
The Russound MCA-66 is a digital multi-zone controller amplifier providing up to six zones of distributed audio from a single unit, and scalable to as many as 36 zones for larger installations. It handles up to 6 sources through 6 analogue and 3 digital inputs (up to 3 coaxial, or 2 coaxial and 1 optical), plus a paging input and a Bluetooth extender connection. That Bluetooth connection is genuinely useful for real installs: it lets the MCA-66 sit in a rack while the optional Russound BTC-1X Bluetooth receiver is located up to 300 feet away, near wherever the Bluetooth source will actually be used, with the high-performance aptX codec keeping audio quality high. An RNET link allows metadata transmission and lets multiple MCA controllers connect together along with Russound RNET Smart Sources.
