Description
The PLiXiR Elite Dual Output version is designed to power two devices with the same voltage, so long as the sum of output current (amps) for the two devices does not exceed the limit of the PLiXiR power supply. This is an elegant and cost-effective way to power two devices with only one PLiXiR power supply. The performance is vastly superior to the popular Y-splitter cable method. Both outputs on the power supply share the same source and have the same performance.
Applicable for PLiXiR Elite 4 Amps / 6 Amps models up to 15 Vdc. For 19 Vdc to 24 Vdc models, only up to 4 Amps is possible.
The PLiXiR Elite BDC balanced DC power supply is designed to reduce all the noise types present in a DC power supply. Deep studies have shown that traditional DC power supply circuit cannot eliminate them all. These include Ground loop current and diode rectification/pollution noise.
Stack Combinations
Certain PLiXiR Power products are stackable, so you can have an AC power conditioner and DC power supply and save space for equipment and cabling. Only one AC power cord is required to power the whole stack. This results in better sound due to neater setup and simpler cable routing.
Optimized system grounding with balanced AC power transformers. Eliminate ground loop currents, loop area and noise from the power supply. Reduces hum and hiss from the system. Increases system resolution naturally.
